WHY CANT I JOIN

firstly make sure you have the Chernarus map if you dont have it install it.

make sure you are using the a3 launcher( but you can use the normal launcher but A3 works better) and its up to date. here to download it https://a3launcher.com/

make sure you have all the right mods installed loaded and correctly updated

in anyway that you need in game support we have admins which are very active and are very useful in getting the support you need may it be you died because of a glitch or you base disappeared anything we can help.

i need support

well if you go to the forum you will find there is a forum which you can reply to using the template on the forum to submit a ban appeal. The ban appeal will not take long get a reply from and if it has been more than 3 days please feel free to contact us via discord or teamspeak. Be aware if you repeat the same offence after the ban appeal is accepted you will be permanently banned from the server.

i have contacted a admin and there is no reply

sometimes us admins can miss your questions, ban appeals, messages etc as we may be busy, if you haven't received a reply within 3 days feel free to contact us via discord or teamspeak by joining our channels or email us which will go straight to me the owner and i will quickly reply.
